Training Runs: Feb. 13, Feb. 15 and Feb. 17

Tuesday, Feb. 13: Meet at Eclipse Pizza, 5:45 p.m., and run Caughlin Trails to Ditch Trail and back either down Susileen or Marthiam to Plumb Lane, 7- and 9-mile options,

Thursday, Feb. 15: Meet at Eclipse Running, 5:45 p.m., run Manzanita Hills, 8- and 10-mile options.

Saturday, Feb. 17: Meet at Pinehaven, 7 a.m., for long runs of 18-, 21- or 25-mile options, generally heading out Gaspari Loop, to the Meat Grinder, Michael Thompson Trailhead and the high road before heading back on the Ditch Trail and then back on the Meat Grinder. Water will be placed at the Thompson Trailhead.
